And what exactly is the problem?
If there is WLED on it, the mentioned LED types should work with it.

You can then send the image from the grabber to the Rpi (Hyperion) via flatbuffer.
If you install Hyperion on the PC, you no longer need the RPI, then you can operate the LEDs on an ESP (from €5) with WLED software.

Siehe Screenshot.

For Hyperion 2.0.14 it all looks correct.
What do you mean by logout icon?

It is best to use SK6812 RGBW-NW 30 LED/m if you are more than 15 cm away from the wall, otherwise 60 LED/m.

Hyperion.ng is the evolution with many new features and improvements.
Hypercon.jar is no longer supported, configuration via Hyperion's WEBIF.
There is also a live video from the grabber.
With modern digital grabbers, you usually do not need to set the crop values.
Digital grabbers are also cheaper (from 10€) and you don't need an HDMI2AV converter.
The quality that can be achieved today is significantly better than in 2016-

The problem will not be the version.
Which LED, how connected, what is in the log, log level debug.
