    Hey guys, I want to utilize the second HDMI Out of my AVR, too. What is the missing hardware here to connect the output to the hyperion device (In my case either a Vero4K (OSMC, Kodi) or my Intel NUC server)?

  • What device to run Hyperion onto?

    Hi there,
    I have a little home cinema and a variety of tech standing around. Maybe you can give me a starting point where to run Hyperion onto.

    • Intel NUC with OMV, Plex and OpenHAB, Mosquitto MQTT etc. (Server)
    • Vero4K with OSMC (Client)
    • RasPi4 with Mycroft.AI


    ATM I also build a diyHue/ESP8266-Milight Hub Gateway to gather all the Lights here.
    Where do I go from here? Can I use only the Vero to install and run Hyperion, or should I emphasize the Power of the NUC or another Device?
    I would love to use the lights for a movie Ambilight system, and furthermore for music (Spotify) and maybe later another HCI interface (human control ;)
    Thanks for some hints, I still feel a bit lost here :-/
