    This is a screenshot from the Hauppauge usb live 2 grabber with this command:
    LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/storage/hyperion/bin /storage/hyperion/bin/hyperion-v4l2 /storage/.config/hyperion.config.json --crop-top 0--crop-left 0--crop-bottom 0--crop-right 0--size-decimator 8--frame-decimator 2--screenshot

    I have small black borders though, is this crucial for the leds to lit up?

    I'm having an issue with my openelec hyperion setup. It does everything it should exept the leds won't light up after the boot sequence. I use a Hauppauge usb live 2 grabber wich works cause I can make screenshots so I assume that part of the chain is working. At the boot the leds light up and after a few seconds there is a swirl so the arduino connected to the pi 1 is working also (done the setup via this link: https://hyperion-project.org/t…-ws2801-ws2812b-apa102.8/ )

    But after the boot sequence the leds stay dark. I changed the width an height in the v4l2 section of the hyperion.config.json in -64 but that still doesnt work.

    I dont use a hdmi splitter, I use the scart of my set top box wich works cause i can make good screenshots.

    Am I missing something? Thanks in advance !
