help with ttyusb0

I have setup Rpi 1 and Zero with LE 9.2.4 + HyperCon Tool this work fine with USB light ( Adalight ) but very slow but WORK

So I have brought rpi4 2Gb version I have install LE 9.2.5 + HyperCon Tool and now have errors

( opening uart: /dev/ttyusb0 unable to open rs232 device )

this is the same configuration on my rpi 1 or zero

is there something Im doing wrong or do I need to do something with the Rpi4 configuration

Now sorted my issue out
Now download HyperBian OS this work 1st go with a few step need adding very easy to use

If anyone has already downloaded it and tested this yourself do you know how to set up the delay is it seems to be just slighty out of sync
