if you are talking about 10 Amps out of your PSU then its barely enough for your 5mtr strand

look at section Effects, booteffect and backgroundeffect are this ones enabled? you can test effects with this setting. enable booteffect and enable backgroundeffect
Go to capturing hardware and option out USB grabber and displayplatform grabber
go to remote and see if leddevice is enabled, then disable and enable again
and deactivate and activate Hyperion at dashboard, last bowl has to be green (activated)

if all of this doesn't do anything then maybe its in the software> turn off smoothing in [image processing]
if this doesn't help then we looked at everything in Hyperion, maybe its a PI problem or ledstrip.
we have one option to do to install library
I do this chages in layout i put 160 leds 32 leds * 5 metres and i put the two options usb grabber and displayplatform
turn both of them off, option out and save >. first we must see why GPIO is not firing the leds>> did you check dataflow arrow on the strip? it has to go away from the pins

look at the back of your strip >>>>>>>>>>>> arrow points out the datadirection, the arrows has to point AWAY from your PI.
if connected wrong then strip is not working or working properly
if all of this dont work then we do something diffrent

It is coneccted in CI(in) no in CO(out) in can try in the other part in you want.
from raspi output pins it should be IN to out so thats okay

you need a grabber and a ledframe or stick the leds onto the tv
u can use a HDMI grabber ( maximum of 1080p) into the raspi on USB
or u can use a RCA grabber on USB and HDMI signal to HDMI/RCA converter
there's a lot of this on this forum, look at builds of other members/topics
