0.5 second delay in LED changing AFTER the picture on TV Changes

HI,

I have issue with LED changing 0.5 - 1.0 seconds AFTER the picture on the TV changes. I found the setting in the configuration to change if the LED changed before the TV picture, but I have it the other way around and need to speed up when the LED changes not slow it down. I tried to input a - (minus) time in, however it will not accept that.

Has anyone any advice on a fix for this?
