I'm planning a setup soon and am completely new to this, so I'm not sure if what I'm thinking will work.
I keep a laptop connected to my screen at all times, and I use it to stream almost everything.
Can I simply use my laptop to send both signals to the TV and the leds directly from the laptop, given that it has one HDMI and two Displayport outputs?
Is that a good idea in terms of speed and color callibration, and what hardware/software do I need to make it work?
If not, should I use an esp32 with a wled and a WS2812B led? Any other suggestions?
I realise that's a lot of questions, so thank you in advance for your help.
