Live Video shows video, LEDs are all white. I can play effects.

Hello,

The problem I am experiencing is that i got splitter/grabber to work and see the video in Live Video preview.

However, LEDs are simply lit up white. Without any effects...

I can play random loaded effects, no problem. Colours looks great.

No errors in the logs.

Can anyone point to what could be the source of the problem?

Running hyperbian on pi zero 2 with ws281x controller.

Thank you for your comment, but I already made sure that hyperion is running as root.

I actually already had the whole setup running before with a HDMI capture card, and it was working, however that card wasn't great and the TV's HDMI input would flicker on and off every 10 seconds.

So i ordered new splitter and grabber, got the live video to show confirming that the feed is working, TV is not flickering, but LEDs don't seem to be responding to the HDMI capture.

To be sure i ran the command you suggested and saw the following output:

Hyperion is already running under the user: root. No updates required.

Any other ideas?
