Netflix + ESP32 + TV

Hi, I have a ESP32 module with wifi and microUSB connector. How can I use it, to have ambilight with my TV and using Netflix trough Chromecast / my PC? (I would like to have Netflix on Chromecast and use it as my PC monitor) and to have working ambilight all the time, no matter what source I'm using and what I'm displaying. Which HDMI i should use, how to connect, which splitter? What about HDMI version and HDMI/USB GRABBER and HDCP? I already have esp32 I'm my pc for leds, and working 100%.
