LED Output stopped working

At a loss at what to test next, any help would be appreciated!

Raspi Zero W has been running for a while with no changes, but LED stopped responding. I've tested by jumping power to TX and LEDs light up so I assume the strip is fine. Replaced with new pi Zero with no change, rebuilt image and restored with backup config with no change. Logs attached.

Ended up testing a new string of LEDs and they worked so apparently the existing string died which is strange. The PI and LEDs are on the same power supply and although I have had a PI die, I have never had a strip die.
