enabling the option permanently

Hello, I have a question. Is it possible to permanently set HDR enabled and the Backlight threshold option in remote control to be changed? I have to enable these options every time because "All changes are lost after a restart." If so, please explain as simply as possible how to do it

So what, I can't turn on hdr permanently? What is the reason? because I don't have hdr in the options - Image Processing
