This is my setup:
LG OLED 55 B7, AVR Onkyo TX-RZ720 (ATV 4K, PS4, Cable box, Raspberry pi 3+)
I'm searching for a good and reasonably priced scaler, I've found this one that is capable of both Dolby Vision and HDR and the cost is 49.99$:

My AVR has 2 HDMI outs on one I have my TV connected and on a second I can put this scaler and connect to LEDs.
Do you think that this one can convert 4K Dolby Vision to 1080p so my led color should stay correct cause with a previous one when I was watching Dolby Vision video led colors were not correct (pink tinted)
