Oder der klassische Aufbau über diese teil am zweiten HDMI AVR Ausgang?

da der 4K kann sollte es doch auch mit HDR (zumindest die Anzeige am TV geben)

Have even a live picture in the Web-Interface.
Only Problem: i get a repeating Error when starting:
root@raspberrypi:/home/pi# hyperiond
[hyperiond DISPMANXGRABBER] <ERROR> Snapshot failed: -1
[hyperiond DISPMANXGRABBER] <ERROR> Previous line repeats 200 times
Any hints about this?
But the grabber seems to have a new driver in buster - its now YUVV instead of MJPG?
So the i´ve not tested the MJPG issue...

I bought the same hardware (VGB500 Grabber) and was about to send it back when I stumbled upon your message.
I have the same setup: Raspberry Pi 4 and `hdmi_force_hotplug = 1` in /boot/config.txt.
Raspbian Buster is fully up to date too.
I tried installing hyperion.ng in its latest version, but can't seem to make the grabber detected.
Would you mind sharing your config ?
Edit: Actually managed to make it work
I am not sure exactly what was the issue, I couldn't get the module uvcvideo, modprobe was throwing errors.
I installed libuvc0-devel just in case.
In the end, I rebooted the Raspberry and everything was detected properly.
As far as my early tests went, it works perfectly with Kodi on one side and the PS4 on the other.
Hi guys! It turns out that the problem is not solved? Hyperion does not support UYVY format ...

Wow! This is a great job!
I have a non-standard Chinese grabber

Why can't I install the package? I downloaded Hyperion-2.0.0-alpha.4-Linux-armv7hf-rpi.deb, renamed it Hyperion7.deb
sudo dpkg -I Hyperion7.deb
sudo apt-get install -f
and it is not installed ((
Raspberry Pi 3B (Raspbian Buster with desktop and recommended software)
output from dpkg
output from dpkg
I bought recently and still poorly versed in Linux .. can I find out how to install?
You just wrote how you wanted to install it. Simply the output from the terminal
So far what is the best usb grabber to buy ?
UTV007 is no more produced, UTVF007 doesn't work so well.
So is VGB500 working ?
the best would be HDMI in/out grabber.
So is VGB500 working ?
Yes
This one UTVF007 works great on my setup with hyperion.NG : https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/32827676511.html

Go with the 4th one, on the right, I'm using it at the moment and it works like a charm, recognized directly by Hyperion.

This grabber doesn't work - I ordered what everyone here suggested, waited a month to receive it, only to see it's the wrong chipset.
I've gone through three grabbers now without any luck - the most difficult part about using hyperion seems to be finding a grabber that actually works. I'm out of ideas. Anyone know of a confirmed grabber with a compatible chipset?
Here are the details for the 4th grabber on the right (D) from the link above:
