True and fair enough but it's still one of the best forms of protecting an online account esp if email is compromised

the configuration your are missing will be the level - look at the top right and change your settings to expert
-
sweet, quite sure KDE will use that to its advantage there will be more flashing than the back of my TV, but yeah logging out and back in wakes sense as im sure it logged me in and browser wasn't closed since.
any ETA on 2FA?
-
yeah that worked, can you try this way Ambientheater77 at somepoint
-

-

i'm quite sure you will find ll the required hardware setup in the Showcase Section Tyhkee between there and Lord-Grey post above you should get there
-
all you can do is jump in feet first and hope it goes to plan.
I take it you have Hyperion installed - Yeelight is listed as a network controller and there appears to be a configuration wizard button, so hopefully it'll all go smoothly for you. If you have the bulbs go and set them up see what happens
-
congrats TheCoolDave , your not having much luck mate, but at least your getting to the bottom of them 1 at a time
out of curiosity as tweaking it down that 0.1v made a diff to the red, did you try dropping to 4.8-4.9v?
-
congrats - only 19 days to go
No idea about the yeelight - have you tried a forum search?
-
ahh that makes more sense then looks like pclin has your solution.
but yeah its still in Alpha phase but dont let that put you off, If going by your first post its main goal is Kodi then a standard effortless LibeELEC install then Paulchen-Panther Hyperion Guide is effortless and does all the work for you Install Hyperion.ng on LibreELEC x86_64/RPi (inoffiziell/unofficially) Well worth a flash

out of curiosity, in the Hyperion WebUI, if you manually define those settings in the Configuration -> Capturing Hardware -> USB Capture - then reboot does it work or do you still need to run your command?
-
yeah sounds like you are on the right track jamesarm97 - could the half a second delay be from the wireless connection or congestion?
GPIO will work but as mentioned above - I definitely felt the colours are better when using a MCU with FastLED
How have you wired your LEDS?
Sidenote: I just bought a ton of parts so hoping to fully wire the WS2812's with the capacitor to see how it improves the LEDs, then i can take it all apart and test out the wireless ESP boards, got 2 of them to test out
-
is that not because the ESP32 runs at 3.3v and the LEDs require a signal closer to 5v?, going by what I've saw in the forum people usually put in a level shifter to increase that 3.3 to 5v.
Gives you something to lookup while someone who knows answers

unplug everything but leave it connected to the net so you can SSH into it, give it time and see if it still crashes if yes then do as Jerome says.
