https://hyperion-project.org/w…stallation-on-all-systems

Directe binary methode:
Corrected:
CodeLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/storage/hyperion/bin /storage/hyperion/bin/hyperio nd /storage/.config/hyperion.config.json</dev/null >/dev/null 2>&1 &

https://hyperion-project.org/t…d-is-the-best.35/#post-93
//edit:

Zipped archive looks damaged in Winrar at least, could you reupload it?
-
Good to hear , could you post you current HyperCon.dat file (when it saves the local config settings)
Best guess right now is that it's because of multiple profiles as I tried it here with the Orbs and APA102 and the output was valid. -

Can do a bit of C++ but more C# / .NET orientated and doesn't look terrible hard to implement, gonna focus on the apps first this month when work projects cool down a bit that is
We do need some unique identifier per instance other than proto / json port so probably gonna require a config setting as well to name the instance (TV / Orbs / etc..), once the apps are completed and we don't have it will work on that next -
Apps could use its avahi / multicast dns name already as raspberry has that by default however most expect it as an IP address like the Kodi addon, that is one the to-do list for the new Hyperion apps and we already connect that way in AtmoLight.
When IP changes occur it will recheck and connect again, for automatic discovery on the other hand we would need a decent library and preferably one that comes out of Qt like this one:https://github.com/johanneshilden/qtzeroconf
In the service registration name we can include instance ids / names and other info.

For HyperionScreenCap there's also an PR pending which improves some things as well:
-
@the_stig Would do a clean Raspbian install as when we did the install together there were already some weird raspberry issues like missing perms and libs not being at the right location , afterwards you can do the install via HyperCon again.
If that fails can pm me and will do a teamviewer session. -
Welkom @uncels
Smooth + live capture
https://hyperion-project.org/a…ig_ws2812b_smooth-txt.15/Smooth + no live capture
https://hyperion-project.org/a…h_no_videocapture-txt.16/Ook overgestapt naar APA102 leds maar hieronder een link naar mijn oude WS2812 setup videos:
https://hyperion-project.org/t…ws2812b-apa102.8/#post-11

Hi @the_stig
Should be Raspbian Jessie if I recall correctly from the last time we set it up, can you try installing it via the command line (SSH session) like listed here:
https://hyperion-project.org/w…llation-with-command-line
afterwards it will start automatically, otherwise best to post the hyperion.config.json located in /opt/hyperion/conf so we can double check that
Your old config should be fine as that will get placed back after the update. Also can try running it manually from the SSH session like so:
And post the output here or use the log output method @Brindosch posted as that is easier.

I'm searching for an UTV007 to try if the issue disappear.
UTV007 is generally much more stable, used STK1160 in the past and they all had issues ranging from frame errors to just bad image quality.
If you can't find it locally this German store sells the genuine ones: -
Uh yeah meant Raspbian
