Command LEDs from an PHP file?

Hello,
New to the forum so I'd like to say hello to everyone and show my respect to all the people involed in the Hyperion project. I'm running it for almost a year now on a Raspberry Pi 3 B+, but not like most of you, I'm just dealing with few APA102 LED strips around my house, for easy powering them on through the app. I'm pleased and happy that everything works well and I just have a quick question.
Since I moved my project more forward with an home automation theme (few relays connected to the GPIO of the Pi dealing with locks, water pumps, lights), I just want to ask if I can get the basic commands that hyperion uses to move them in a PHP file and manage the LEDs from a browser.
Like I deal with the water pumps, door locks and everything else from a PHP website, I just want to integrate hyperion commands in the same file for easy commanding the strips.
