    this is no addon? so you can not compile it as a addon...

    No, I mean there is a Hyperion.NG addon for Kodi in CoreElec, and someone compiled a version a few weeks ago. I was looking for answers to compile a newer version that might fix a Home Assistant bug (and the laggy playback in CE), and thats why I'm looking for a source.

    Original thread where lupus11 compiled for me, but I don't want to disturb him, I want to learn how to do it myself.

    but everything for rpi3 as you set in your profile, right?

    Yes, try to compile on a RPI3, and use it on CoreElec with S912 as Kodi addon.
