Mixed colors - two strips of WS2801

Hi
my hardware is RPi2 , i bought one strip, and this was not enough,
I bought one more and soldered a missing piece,
Unfortunately the colors (red and green) of this new piece are replaced
what i did wrong, can i configure this somehow?

Hi, the second strip you have is not of the same color order as the first.

I have not had to preform this myself so I can't say how it works exactly. But here's info on the way to fix it.
