ArtNet with custom DMX fixtures

    I am trying to control an addressable light panel through artnet.

    Communication is flawless, setup works but the fixture has a weird setup for addressing the pixels.


    Each pixel consists of 5 leds (ww,cw,r,g,b)

    Therefore the first pixel has to be addressed on dmx channel 3,4 and 5 for rgb, the next on 8,9,10 etc...


    I don't seem to be able to fix this in the UI.

    Is there a possibility to add custom artnet setups so I can run this unit?

    filmgarage Do I understand it right, that you would like to have one area on a screen being mapped to 5 LEDs simultaneously?


    Currently, you can achieve this by a custom layout.


    First define a layout for the number of pixels.

    Then duplicate every mapping for a pixel five times.

    See picture for illustration (for 3 pixels, 5 LEDs each - I did it only for the 1st pixel!):

    My question concerns the actual setup of the leds in the matrix.


    Through ArtNet I can assign every pixel to a DMX led light.

    This is what goes wrong:

    Led1 gets assigned to DMX channel 1,2 and 3 rgb (should be 3,4 and 5 for my fixture)
    Led2 gets assigned to DMX channel 6,7 and 8 (should be 8,9 and 10 for my fixture)
    Led3 gets assigned to DMX channel 11,12 and 13 (should be 13,14 and 15 for my fixture)

    Etc...
