Turning on screen capture causes the window refresh rate to drop.

My hardware is:

1. hyperion v2.0.15

2. ESP8266 + 5v 6A + WS2812B LED

3. System:Windows11

4. Monitor: 1920*1080 144Hz

When the screen capture is turned on, the CPU, memory and graphics card status are all normal.

But when you drag the screen window, you can see that the refresh rate drops significantly, probably below 30Hz, but the game and webpage scrolling are normal 144Hz refresh rate.

In another case, the frame rate of the animation that zooms in and out of the window also drops.

Once I turned screen capture off, everything worked fine.
