No Netflix or Amazon Prime Video through Hyperion on ESP32 loaded with WLED

  • I have Hyperion running on my Win11 pc with an ESP 32 running WLED to run the led strips I put on the back of my monitor. The issue is I can't grab video from Netflix or Prime Video on Chrome or Edge. It works on all my games, VLC player. Is it an HDCP problem? How would I get around this on my computer? How does everyone else get Netflix or Prime to work? I thank you all in advnace.

  • Netflix, Prime and others are DRM protected, most internal grabbers only 'see' the encrypted image.

Ambilight only works if you process the image with an external grabber.

The best option is a splitter and USB grabber.
