Power Source LEDs for a 42" TV and Cabel Managment

    Hi,


    I have seen some videos on YouTube that show the Pi3 and LED strips sharing a common power supply. Would this also be possible with a 42 inch TV? Or do the LEDs need an additional power supply? Would that mean 3 power connections in the end? 1x HDMI splitter, 1x Pi3 and 1x LED? I think that's quite a lot.


    I would like to have as few power cables or power supplies as possible because the cable management should not be visible. How do you handle it?
