Hyperion USB Capture, 4k HDR, Dolby Vision

Hello guys. I am hoping to get some advice.

I am still in the process of building my ambilight.

I am running a Raspbery pi 4 (Hyperbian) with an SK6812 RGBW LED Strip, My current capture card is a generic "loop" device from amazon.

The problem I am having is this device is not HDR or Dolby vision compatible.

To try and remedy the problem I have purchased a scaler that is on the recommended list on the sticky on this forum.

does anyone have any experience with HDR and Dolby Vision.

Will this scaler solve my problem?

Is there a solution for Dolby Vision?

And for clarification. I am less concerned about the capture card. I just want my TV to get the signal
