Tapo/TP-Link network LED controller support?

    Would it be possible to add the Tapo/TP-Link brand alongside Nanoleaf and Yeelight in the network section as a LED controller?

    There is no official open API provided by the vendor, so the answer is no.


    There are unofficial ways of integration out there, so technically it could be done, but someone would need to spend time contributing to the project with an integration PR.


    This is an open source project…. Everybody can get their hands dirty and provide further features.
