mplayer horizontal lines

Hi guys, why I am getting these horizontal lines in movie? (I tried usb grabber with utv007 and stk1160)

Any idea how to remove these lines to get clean picture?
When I pause video, picture is clean but In fast scenes I am getting this.
(I tried my camera with yellow CVBS and I found out when I am moving fast there are these ugly lines)

EDIT: When I enabled deinterlacing, it is much better. Now when fast moving with camera I have always under one line shifted picture (but after a while when it stabilizes picture everything is clear again)

Hmmm, I think it is not related to fps. Maybe other setting adjustment in mplayer could help... But which setting to change... (?)
