Hi all,
I try to get hyperion to work on my RPi 3B+ but I can't.
Actually, it already worked but due to bad sticky tape, my raspberry fell down the tv and was dangeling on the cables.
After this accident I didnt get it to work anymore. What have I done:
A) Rewireing all connections
B) Wire in only 3 LEDs that where leftovers from the installation
C) Buy a new 1m of LED strip, wire that in.
Nothing works so far.
For C) I noticed if i only give the current all LEDs are working. When I add the RPi they stop and only the first 2 LEDs are on but they can't be manipulated (used hypercon and the app for android).
Next steps were:
D) Reinstall hyperion
E) Changing cmdline.txt and config.txt accordingly to Akriss https://hyperion-project.org/t…-rpi-3b-no-function.3347/
Some information about the Voltage
All relative to GND
__ __ inputLED1__ inputLED2__ inputLED3
V+ __ +5V__ __ __ +5V__ __ __ +5V
Clk __ 0V__ __ __ 0V __ __ __ __ 0V
D__ +1.2V__ __ __ 0V __ __ __ __ 0V
Gnd __ 0V__ __ __ 0V__ __ __ __ 0V
May it be that the GPIO of the RPi got damaged?
Can I use a different GPIO for testing?
Thank you
