Secondary goes to hyperion via Rhinocoeu 4k hdmi to AV then UTV007 to Raspi 3b+
HDMI Source -> Revesun HDMI Splitter -> Rhinocoeu 4k hdmi to AV -> UTV007 -> Raspi 3b+

I buyed this one. It works only properly to 2160p@30Hz. But had some troubles with a satellite receiver output @ 50Hz.
