will 4 pin LED's work?

Hi guys,

first time user here and trying to get all my stuff ready to go with this.

I've already got hyperion running on my raspberry pi 3 B+, but after watching some installation videos i've noticed that the connectors for my LED's have 4 pins rather than the 3 shown in most videos.

Do any of you know if it is still possible to go ahead with , if so how?
