Image Quality using Hyperion with Apple TV

Hello guys,

I'm new to this and would love to try it. I already have one Raspberry 3 that I'm not using so I'd like to try. I'd like to use it with my Apple TV.

I have some questions about this, will using the method with a video capture card and stuff affect the image quality of my TV ? Since it's going to a capture card and stuff. Will I notice any quality change if it's still 4K and using a 4K capture card?

My TV is in 4K and also have Dolby Vision, will I be able to keep Dolby Vision on ?

You will need a hdmi switch which supports hdr as well its all dependent on how good is your switch

With a high-quality HDMI splitter you won't notice any difference on the TV.

HDR and DolbyVision arrive on the TV.

HDR has to be compensated for Ambilight and DolbyVision only works with a few devices, if then in LLDV.
