How did you connect everything to your pi with this capture card? I thought it had to be a capture card with loop?

Just wondering.
My cheap capture card died, so I bought better one:
ZasLuke Capture Card Loop Out Streaming Nintendo
Unfortunately my RPI3B dosent recognize this card..
Any idea what the cause is?
Card works, checked with VLC on a PC
