Ambilight Hardware Setup

  • Looking to finally dive into ambient lights for my TV, but still unsure if I have 'ideal' tools to achieve a good setup.

Here's what I drafted so far:

    My TV Setup:

    • Sony 55" 4K TV
    • Denon AVR

I'm not looking to spend much hence the choice of equipment, but just wondering if I have the right per LED ratio for the light strip, and if the Capture card will do the job.

    Thanks

    Ambilight for ever

  • I'm a little bit confused, which one of those supports 4K 60fps HDR output connected to an AVR using a RPI3?

I really need a splitter just a grabber as it's connected to an AVR.

    Thanks
